千服联灯可接受使用政策
1. Scope and relationship to the Terms / 适用范围与条款关系
This policy applies to 千服联灯 accounts, server listings, promotion and display services, marketplace products, user content, payment and delivery functions, and support channels. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Mandatory law and non-waivable user rights take priority if a conflict exists.
本政策适用于千服联灯账户、服务器展示、推广服务、玩家市场商品、用户内容、支付和交付功能以及支持渠道，并构成服务条款的一部分。如与适用法律或用户依法不得放弃的权利冲突，以法律和该等权利为准。
2. Prohibited content / 禁止内容
- Do not publish or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually exploitative content, including content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Hateful or threatening content, extreme violence, terrorism, encouragement of self-harm, human trafficking, or other harmful content is prohibited.
- Do not publish malware, credential theft, phishing kits, ransomware, hidden backdoors, or files that require users to disable security controls.
- 不得发布或传播 NSFW、色情、露骨性或性剥削内容，包括涉及未成年人或非自愿私密影像的内容；禁止仇恨或威胁、极端暴力、恐怖主义、自残鼓励、人口交易或其他有害内容；不得发布恶意软件、凭据窃取、钓鱼工具、勒索软件、隐藏后门或要求关闭安全控制才能运行的文件。
3. Prohibited conduct / 禁止行为
- Fraud, impersonation, scams, spam, unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, server attacks, DDoS, malware distribution, or unlawful surveillance.
- Bypassing authentication, age controls, payment confirmation, quotas, rate limits, moderation, account restrictions, or other technical safeguards.
- Manipulating server votes, ratings, player counts, traffic, orders, refunds, disputes, reviews, or payment records.
- Unauthorized scraping, account sharing, credential resale, off-platform payment fraud, or transactions intended to evade platform controls are prohibited.
- 不得欺诈、冒充、诈骗、发送垃圾信息、未授权访问、利用漏洞、攻击服务器、实施 DDoS、传播恶意软件或进行违法监控；不得绕过认证、年龄控制、支付确认、配额、速率限制、审核、账户限制或其他技术防护；不得操纵服务器投票、评价、玩家数量、流量、订单、退款、争议、评论或支付记录；禁止未经授权抓取、共享账户、转售凭据、站外支付诈骗或为规避平台控制而交易。
4. Listing, marketplace, and payment duties / 展示、市场与支付责任
Users and sellers must provide accurate descriptions, prices, versions, compatibility, ownership or license information, delivery details, and refund conditions. Do not upload personal data, payment credentials, or confidential information into public listings, reviews, or ordinary tickets. Payment may be processed by Paddle, Creem, or another authorized provider; use only the official checkout and never ask another user to bypass it.
用户和卖家必须真实说明商品、价格、版本、兼容性、权属或授权、交付方式和退款条件。不得在公开商品、评价或普通工单中提交个人信息、支付凭据或保密信息。付款可能由 Paddle、Creem 或其他授权服务商处理；请只使用官方结账，不得要求他人绕过官方结账。
5. Moderation and enforcement / 审核与处置
We may use automated rules, human review, reports, payment risk signals, and provider controls to assess content, accounts, listings, and transactions. We may refuse publication, hide or remove content, restrict delivery, freeze settlement, limit features, suspend, or terminate an account for violations or material legal, safety, fraud, or security risk. Emergency safety measures may be immediate.
我们可能使用自动化规则、人工审核、举报、支付风险信号和服务商控制评估内容、账户、商品和交易。对于违规或重大法律、安全、欺诈或安全风险，我们可以拒绝发布、隐藏或下架内容、限制交付、暂缓结算、限制功能、暂停或终止账户；紧急安全措施可以立即执行。
6. Reports and appeals / 举报与申诉
If you believe a restriction was applied in error, or identify illegal, infringing, child-safety, fraud, or other high-risk content, submit a platform ticket or contact support with only the details needed to investigate. Do not send passwords, API keys, card numbers, SMS codes, or identity documents. We may request evidence and verify account ownership before responding.
如您认为限制处理有误，或发现违法、侵权、未成年人安全、欺诈或其他高风险内容，请通过平台工单或支持邮箱提交调查所需信息。请勿发送密码、API 密钥、卡号、短信验证码或身份证件。回复前可能需要补充证据和验证账户归属。
